Where to ski at snowbird

I normally stick to the Peruvian side and find tons a little side hits and fun booted all over the place. Depends on the day though, you can find fun basically anywhere you go. Very dependent upon conditions for sure but I’ve never not had a fun day on the Peruvian lift

Definitely hit up Cirque Traverse then down Daltons Draw if you can. Its one of the most unique runs up there and you are literally skiing on top of a massive mountain spine with fall lines on either side. Its really fun for sure.

Mineral Basin is cool, I typically head straight down from the lift and there are a lot of fun natural features like booters and cliff hucks. If you go skiers right you kind of burn a lot of elevation but if you go way over down the cat track there is some fun trees and cliffs by Book Ends.

If it gets skied out head over to Gad Valley and be ready to pop you skis off and climb over the rocks. Usually you can noodle around and find a little chute or opening with some fresh snow.

Gad 3 is good too with lots of tree skiing and stashes into late in the day.

High Baldy Traverse takes a while but there are some cool chutes and fall lines and its typically not as tracked out as well.

What does snowbirds park look like when its at its best? Does its best still exist? I know its not really the draw but just curious if they ever get it going.

[tag=271310]@dans12[/tag] It definitely wasn't great, a couple down rails and a flat tube, with some jumps that were weirdly sized, not horrible, not good by any means.

its solid. not the type place you go to ride park, but its rails were set up by a competent crew
