Where to mount TMs?

Ok, so I know that Im getting TMs next season.I don't give a flying fuck if there comes a supadupa ski tomorrow, Im getting these.

So, where to mount them? I have 720s and they are mounted too far back, I didn't get to tell them where, they just mounted them there.

I heard from a friend to mount them 2cm back from the center.
