Where to mount EP's?

Im getting my EP's mounted tomorrow, and i know i already have a thread about this, but i really want a definite answer about where to mount me EP's?
Some people say Centerothers say Recommended
but is 2cm really that much.
I want to ski them in the park a little.

i have owned two pairs, i mounted them both at dead center, i loved it there, great for pow, park and switch riding, best ski ever

Recommended. Pollard rides them there, thats where I ride them.

I'm pretty sure that the recommended is only like 3 Cm Negative. I am about 5' 9'' and i am getting the ep too and i will mount them center cause i am a little smaller
