I will be skiing 60% all mountain and 40% park, maybe a little less. Should i mount it where the factory line recommends it or closer to the center?

Thanks in advance

There are two factory lines for the ARV 96. One for freeride and one for freestyle. I’m using my ARVs for both park and all mountain so I went with the freestyle mount and they ski awesome there. I used Armada’s mounting guide to measure it out and mark where I wanted them to be mounted. You can find it here:https://armadaskis.com/content/uploads/2018/10/Armada-1819-Mounting-Guide_rev9.pdf

Sorry im kinda a noob, but what do those two mounting points for either freestyle or freeride mean, like 75 cm back from the tip or what? Thanks

Freestyle: mixing park and all mountain

Freeride: sticking mostly to all mountain

Theres a diagram at the top of the mounting guide I linked that shows how to measure it out. Basically decide which skiing style you prefer and then measure it out, mark it, and mount it. These recommended points will get the best performance from the ski since they are decided upon by the guys who make the skis and take into account sidecut, camber, etc
