Where to mount Alpha 1s?

I would like some recommendations on where to mount my alpha 1s. I ride like 95% park, and do like 65% rails, 35% jumps. I would normally center mount them, but I've heard from people that center mounting them is bad because of the park rocker... So post up how you mounted them, if you like them there, or where you'd recommend mounting them.

I ride alpha 2's (very similar to alpha 1's) and mounted them at recommended and they are awesome. Very playful. The sidecut and rocker will fight you if you mount them center

i went -1.5cm from center and they are perfect for me

i definitely wouldn't go any more forward than that, but they are great for predominantly skiing park

Mine (halos) are at true centre. i never noticed any kind of problem with a centre mount. for 95% park most of which is rails (i.e no edges anyway) you wont be able to tell the difference in carving performance. go centre.

I've ridden at both true center and -1. Personally on the alpha 1 I couldn't tell a difference except for being able to ski switch more stable at true center.

just go for center, only weird french canadians in quebec go -1. hahahaha

If you're used to true center, keep it there. I always ride my park skis true center, and when I got my Alphas I didn't even consider mounting them somewhere else. Mount point is a very preferential thing.

I hesitantly mounted mine 1.5 back, and it turned out to be perfect. They spin really well, they carve extremely well for a park ski, and they're still really stable for riding switch.
