Where to Learn to Scuba Dive in Southern California

Just get your PADI open water anywhere, they're all the same and there's not much to be seen on the 3 or so dives you get with open water. If you end up liking it you can dive some cool sites on fun dives or go get your advanced, the training for the advanced is pretty much 4 fun dives and 1 navigation dive. I'd personally go somewhere other than Cali though
