Where to Hike and Ski in France right now???

Im pretty sure everything is closed until the summer season starts but let me know if im wrong. I've got two weeks left in Grenoble and want to get one more day of skiing in. Does anyone know of any doable day trips in France (Western Italy or Western Switzerland is possible too) where I can hike some chutes or bowls? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It was cold and raining here all week down in Grenoble. Looks really white up at atltitude right now. Thanks for the link
