Where to get songs for ski edits?

I've been getting into filming a lot lately and I'm wondering where to look for some good songs. What do you guys do to find them? Or do you have any to share?

and don't say dubstep or biggie, but many of you will for some internet laughs....
 
soundcloud, your own music...its really all about finding a song that fits the visual. I have searched the phrase "awesome truck" into a music website and found good songs. good music is out there, you just have to go find it
 
watch other edits and get an idea for what kind of music flows well for wat ur lookin for. different music creates a completely different vibe/flow for the video
 
look at other peoples videos see what songs they use and then use songs you like you have to like the music in order for it all to flow
 
welcome to the world of editing. First step, begin your search for songs...
thats one of my main things, whenever im downloading or looking for music, i always keep in mind songs i want for edits. ive spent so many hours searching. sometimes one will come up on pandora that i like, sometimes it will be itunes, sometimes Hypem or thekollection, sometimes ill hear an artist i like and search everyone of their tracks for a good edit song. there is no exact way, it just takes time and knowing exactly what you want.
