I'm moving from NY to SLC this august and i'm trying to figure out what mountain i should get my pass to. I'm looking to ski powder, big mountain and on the real shitty days a bit of park. I've only ever been to PC and The canyons and had a very epic week of skiing, but I hear its nothing compared to the other canyons. Help me out!

Brighton sounds like the best if you want both park and good terrain for powder. There is also a public transit system that has ski buses going to Brighton every day during the season when you can't drive.

i would go with brighton probably i go there so it might be bias but its sounds like it would be perfect they have great bc super close to the lifts, many pillow lines cliffs and great snow. there park has also been improving every year and i think this coming year is going to be amazing.

stick to little cottonwood canyon. trust me. Alta and Snowbird are way sick, always has beautiful pow conditions, sick cliffs, chutes etc. and if you are looking to up your game and progress on big mountain terrain or the bc, this is the place for you. if you want a season pass, look at those two options and then maybe a couple days through out the season get a day pass to the other resorts.

I know a couple people that do that and love it. Just depends on what job you have I guess. And there's a good chance that Snowbird will be bringing back their legit park this year so...

Not sure if its true but i heard that they worked something out with their lawyers or insurance company at the end of last season and thats why they had a small park set up and next season their bringing back the baby thunder park

Yeah they got tired of everyone just building their own booters and were getting in trouble with their lawyers that's what one of the mountain hosts told me
