Where to get cheap skis online?

it seems like evo and backcountry no longer have "last years model" like skis on the deep discount / outlet anymore.

with how quickly I run through skis, I like to spend around $299 on "last year model" type skis.

any other sites or recommendations?
 
Steep and Cheap, it is essentially Backcountry's clearence rack, hence why last years models aren't there, they got moved to SAC

I got my current pair from craigslist. 186 Volkls from this "ski twice a year jerry" asking $300, I lowballed $120.
 
I have a pair of the fluorescent afterbangs skied on 5 times (180 prob) with pivots I will give you for making this thread if you pickup or pay shipping.
 
Check out ebay. Lots of cheap sellers on there. Asogear especially

Any skis looking for in particular and what pricepoint with bindings are you thinking?

Evo is a super legit site. I don't think anyone is making knock-off skis? There are no name walmart skis that are probably ripped off designs but AFAIK they don't have copied topsheets and aren't actually trying to pass as real branded skis.

yeah i’ve been out with them baby’s 6 times and they’re already pretty rough looking but i have no idea how they could be this messed up. I used to have elan skis for five years and they never got this messed up

LoL more like "The House Outdoor gear". Don't waste your time with the house, they have a huge stock of old cheap gear but most of it is still there a reason. Not to mention the fact that they contribute almost nothing to the local snow sports scene, haven't had a real team in years, and sold the hell out as they are now "the official outdoor store of the Minnesota Twins". Better off taking your money to Pinewski's or Cal Surf since they actually give a shit.

The house sold me bindings that they didn't even have and then took like a whole week to refund my card. Left the bindings up for sale the entire time too. Only time I ever tried to do business with them.
