Where to find icon small enough for profile picture?

Go to Google images >> advanced search >> check off square and icon >> search something >> results mostly in 50x50 and 64x64

^ that's what i use for my icons, plus you can edit them however you want. if you want to make it 50x50 just go to file at the top left, then click convert to AIM icon and save it to your computer and there ya go
