Where to demo Pow skis in park city!!

I heading out in feb and i wanted to know where i could demo some pow skis if there is any pow. if this is any help, i am expert skier, 5,9, 150, and currently have 177 park skis. i am looking to demo bent-chentlers or JJ's but anything will help!
