Where to camp out?

I'm coming out to little cottonwood in a few weeks from tahoe. We're going to sleep in the camper. wheres the best place to park without being hassled?

 
Probably at the parkinglot near white pines avalanche area its a mile from snowbird base roughly, just not 100% that its plowed right now

We pay our debt sometimes.
