Where to buy a vice/files

So iv been trying to gather all the tools i need to start taking care of my own skis. I picked up a bench of a friend for cheap, an iron, brush, wax on tramdock for cheap, and am now looking for the vices and files. Anyone know where to get some at a reasonable price? Most stores iv found are real expensive and i don't have the cash, thanks
 
Local hardware store should be able to help you

I guess that would be Home Depot in the US
 
sometimes a swix tuning kit will pop up on tramdock with cheap vices, edge files, and like full tuning instructions for like 50 or 60 bucks
 
there was a thread on here or tgr about how to make your own vise for relatively cheap, ill try to find it.
as for files, just get some 12 and 6 inch bastard files from a hardware store
