i gotta practice some dubs so i can throw them on snow soon and get all kinds of snow bunny ass

where is the best place for this on the east right now?

mods for the love of god please don't move this to regionals, i actually wanna get some replies....thanks

oh shit really? they would make it nice wouldn't they...

only downside to them is it wont be too cheap. any other places to consider?

When I hit it, it was really over inflated so you slide off the side and were not able to do anything more than a single flip. I hope they changed it since then (this was earlier this year)

thanks for the info. do you mean you werent allowed to do dubs? or that was a result of the set up? elaborate pls

Result of the setup. People were hucking but just barely getting singles around because the bag was so over inflated.

I'm planning on hitting the one at whiteface. Was gonna go this weekend but I'm done fucking with dubs when I haven't been sleeping well.

I haven't even hit a jump in a few years but I figured if I chuck a few into a bag maybe I'll grow a pair and see if I can get some good footy on snow.

Also never hit a bag before so interested on how it feels.

wow that's too bad

@ people saying whiteface, unfortunately that's a little too far for me

thanks for all the feedback, keep it up

@abortionator, ive only hit one once but it was great, impossible to hurt yourself on. which is why i don't get why it and many others seem to be built so small

It's not impossible to hurt yourself on an airbag, especially if it's overinflated/poorly set up. You can still land strangely on an airbag and get pretty badly fucked up. I'm pretty sure Simon Dumont broke his foot or ankle on an air bag.

Word. Where you out of?

This is how my last double ended up. Hadn't hit a jump all year, hadn't even done a backie till that day. Hadn't slept in 2 days. And I failed pretty fucking miserably.

Skip to .50 for the fail

Just having something semi soft is a luxury I'm stoked about. Idk if I'll get the balls to over come that but I would def like to chuck a few without severe consequences.

Maybe I'll try and get some big spins back too.

YOLO

yeah youre totally right, i should have said on the ONE i hit it was impossible. kids were seriously landing on their neck doubled up and they were fine. first hit, i landed on my head and didnt even feel it

but yeah im sure that's not always the case

@abortionator oh man ive seen that vid before, so brutal. i'll only be tossin one on snow if im really feeling it on a medium jump. ill be in mass soon so that's why im asking what's up around there

What does having the bag over inflated have to do with people not being able to huck doubles?Inflating the bag doesn't make it much taller just stiffer. We over inflated an airbag and it was really hard, almost like a trampoline, but in no way did it increase the height of the bag more then a foot or so.

For sure. Sucked that it was last weekend and everything was shinking. Inferno had dirt on the inrun and I didn't want to test it than huck it and end up with 2 completely different speeds. Thought I could pull it off on that jump. Dun thought wrong. I think something 40-55 with some boot is the prime range.

Glad there are so many airbags available these days. Probably would have saved me at least a handful of concussions if I had one when I was younger.
