I went to my local shop today (zellers) and they told me it would be 75 for a mount. Does anyone know of any places within like 1.5 hrs of Green Bay to get a mount for some px12's?

you won't should have bought the skis and bindings from them in the first place not online or where ever you got them.
where I work its $50 but i hope it goes up a little bit

damm at air we would mount for 30 if you you didnt buy either skis or bindings from us.

if you bought either skis or bindings it was 15, and if you bought both from us it was free.

Well, they only sell rossi, and armada, so i had to get my skis offline if i wanted to ride the ski i really wanted. And its a remount so i did buy the bindings from them, just a while back.

if you buy something from les moise to go along with your setup its only 40, but if you want it done for 40 you can go to Laacke and Joys in brookfield or milwaukee. ***Warning about Laacke and Joys --- Ive had first hand experiences of getting my skis mounted there, and it went like this.... I was going to get them mounted at les moise then i realized that its cheaper at L&Js so i went there and they SCREWED THROUGH my k2 fujative, and mounted the other ski backwards, so then they gave me a free pair of disorderlys, which i ended up liking, but not as much as i wouldve my fujative because the disorderly is a bit stiffer, so this year i had les moise fix my fujatives and mount them, SO now ill use my fujis.... ***BOTTOM LINE DONT GO TO LAACKE AND JOYS***

True story Dave. I have remounted my bindings once and BNiks once also. Took for ever though, and way janky. It took a measuring and taping and sharpie marking.

I had some skis mounted at BJ's Sportshop in Minocqua last year and I'm pretty sure it wasn't that much. I don't remember exactly but call there and see cause they were chill about it, the guy stayed late to finish so I could take them home that day, and the mount was perfect.

Call around to whatever hills you ride at and see how much they charge... their shops will be opening up soon and some places should be cheaper than that.

Sorry for the double post, but I know cascade will do it for $30 and the few guys that work in the shop actually know what they're doing.

REI in brookfield will do it for real cheap, ask for marcin he was giving out 35% off coupons at the MWSFF. Im sure he will give you the deal without the coupon

Did you inform them that you purchased the bindings there? if your reasonable and explain your situation, they might be willing to work with you on the price.
Just my guess; more than likely the $75 charge is to prevent joe dipshit off the street from buying a bunch of crap online or at the local ski swap then dragging it into the store, expecting it all to work and wanting them mounted right away.

im pretty sure it's way cheaper than that up in nothern wiscompton, probably cuz the stores cant turn down business. it doesnt really help you but just stateing a fact. if i were u id just mount at home.
