Where do you look when you 360?

Hi guys I know how to 360 but have trouble on bigger jumps spotting my landings. When i wind up for the 360 and pop off the lip i know to turn my head the way I'm spinning. should i also turn my head and look down and the ground, or just start to look down when my 360 is almost done. Sometimes i over rotate or don't get enough spin on bigger jumps.

i kind of look at my landing for a split second then turn my head

Shoulder and i know some people say not to but when i spin on a small jump or im going for a bigger spin i tend to wind up right before and it makes it so much more natural
