Where do you get your energy?

Is there a specific meal or breakfast your stick by?

Perhaps an overpriced powder.

Even a sick loved one or Jesus Christ himself.

Share what helps put you through your day cause I'm fuckin tired of drinking gatorade
 
Lots and lots of water, exercise, eating healthy-ish and probably most important is proper rest. I try to aim for 7 hours of sleep every night.
 
I spend every morning trying to reach Super Saiyan God level, currently I'm at Super Saiyan level 2 (Blond/Auburn hair). I wake up, stand up and place my feet a bit above shoulder width in only my lululemon boxers (not to brag but I do pretty well for myself). I then channel all my innerbody S-Cells and yell at the top of my lung, usually this wakes up my neighbours and roommates but they don't seem to mind at all. After about 5 minutes of yelling, I power down, take a cold shower and have energy for the entire day. Honestly, can't really have it any other way ever since I found how to be a super saiyan.
 
Sleep more than 5 hours, some fruit and a clif bar get me ready for a full day of work. Usually helps if I'm not burnt out in the morning too.
 
Every morning I drink a glass of water, stretch, take some CBD/aspirin/aleve, and then I have a cliff bar with some coffee.
 
Absolute will power to just get moving and constantly reminding myself that all the work I put in today will pay dividends 5 or 6 years down the line...and coffee.
 
Gatorade is bullshit; its sugar water and salt.

Get your long term energy with Carbohydrates and fat. Breakfast time, have a couple eggs, bacon, milk, toast and peanut butter. Cereal is nothing but sugar and corn.

Get mid term energy with fruits and veggies.

Throughout the day, chew on granola bars, nuts and anything high in protein. You can use sweetened to start the reaction. Dont over do it on the sugar.

For staying awake, coffee is a great option.

Last is expend the energy. If you sit for more than 16 hrs a day, your body wont be efficient at processing glucose. Make sure to get at least 2 hrs of real physical activity per day to keep the metabolic system active.

Take a nutrition course to learn how to eat right.

Screenshotted this so I lessen my chance of the beets (probably have it by now) but yeah I reduced soda with Gatorade at work but I havent lately cause I know its fucked. Usually I try to eat yogurt for break, at work I try to have an apple, banana, and clif bar throughout the day with maybe chips, bagel, sandwich if we can stop for a bit. Been all over chicken breast daily since I'm broke for dinners, lol.
 
The post-lunch crash was killing me until I basically just dropped all processed foods. Veggies and quality protein for lunch has kept the nap demons at bay so far. Been a tough transition from the dorm to the cube

Work out 3-4 every day. Cardio and bodyweight.
