Where do I find a Unicorn Mask/Costume?

Don't ask why, i just need the head of a unicorn costume that looks real good and is really sturdy. Basically equivialent to the one in this picture

but that's a horse head.. and i need a unicorn one. Please anyone have a link to one for under $40? +K

I was consider adding a horn to my horse head, but i want a white one that just looks legit. horse + hon =/= unicorn. the magic just isnt' there
