Where are you skiing - 2012/2013

fuck vail. beaver creek is where its at on powder days.

I also get the epic local, keystone every weekend. breck during the week.
 
Third season skiing /working at Aspen/snowmass. Buttermilk where Im at 4 out of 7 days. then everywhere else for 3 days. I want to plan a trip to Silverton some time during the good part of the season.
 
epic and echo! thats probably gonna be it too. tahoe trip in the spring to use up thos northstar and kirkHood days.
 
Wolf Creek Pass! Any NSers in the Pagosa/South Fork area? There HAS TO BE. I've seen a few people dressed like clowns in Pagosa. They were probably just tourists.
 
Got the epic local, so probably breck and keystone a lot. Might also get one to Eldora, just because I think there's student pricing and I could go after class
 
nobody in pagosa. i just moved from durango and theres a bunch there. you'll see them at wolf creek occasionally, but their at purg/telluride most the time.
 
Do you ski there all season? If any NSers are gonna ski Wolf Creek and wanna do some backcountry PM me. I'm new to CO but I've found some kids guys from where I work who know the area very well.

Coming from NY I could care less about a park now, because of ALL THE FUCKING SNOW you guys get here. I am so STOKED about skiing this season!
 
i grew up in durango and went to the fort for a couple years, i just moved to denver at the beging of summer though. the fort is probably the coolest school in colorado, tuition is pretty cheap if your a resident, only 3000 kids, everybody is there to have fun.

its worth checking out, i knew one kid a year or so ago that commuted for pagosa, sound like the worse thing ever, but he did it.
 
I'm not going to commute, that's why I'm waiting til winter. I got accepted last week and housing is non existent. Have you ever driven 160 stuck behind someone in a minivan from Mexico or Texas? It's fucking dreadful
