here are five key hints.
-metal shovel
-time
-big blocks
-wide/tall
-smooth trannee (this doesn't mean it can't have pop)
go out and get some. here is one of my main points as of late that backcountry CAN BE more fun for the rider, viewer, and tale:
If someone does a switch five, sw 9, etc. off a huge park jump, no one truly gives a fuck(except maybe the homies possy and a few other locals), nor would many people see it as a standout point in a movie. Now if someone does a sw 5 off of, say Chad's Gap, everyone talks, the movie goers are stoked to watch it over and over, but most importantly, the rider is filled with a unique and unparrelled memory of stoke for they built, hit, and stuck something that is all their's. I don't know how to explain it, you just have to go out and try it for yourself.
