What time of day is the least active and what time is it most active?

NS is world wide so its always a reasonable hour somewhere but usually at 3 - 5 am (eastern) is a little dry.

late fall early winter, because in the summer everyone is always on because they have nothing to do

usually 4-6 am eastern timei was in switzerland at 12:30 pm and there were 17 people online

im not sure what the least people ive seen on have been but one time i was at the top of the list

its probably at its strongest between 4-10 eastern time. there can be tons of people on at that time.
