But for real, there is no ONE rail garden. Everyone likes to call their own secret urban stash their rail garden. Hell, I know own thats not even urban...it's in the middle of the frickin desert.

 
you must have read a typo. It is supposed to be Gail Rardens, she is actually this nice old lady that lives down the street from me and she is always outside watering her perrenials and one time my dad thought, when she was bending over, that she was one of those plywood cutouts of a fat lady bending over so he yelled out the window of his Ford pickup truck, 'Nice Ass Gail', and my dad and I laughed until she turned around and looked at us, and we were like holy shit, that ain't no cutout!

rail garden is a nickname for olympus hills park , which has tons and tons or handrail it is so cool there is a 25 stair it is so hot. oh ye hthis place is in utah

 
rail garden is an area of the park that has different types of rails sprawled around it. Gail Rarden is sprawled around different types of poles.
