Whats your take on "taking advantage of a drunk girl"?

So i got deleted for a joke about women in the kitchen, here is the message i sent to the mod who deleted it. The basis of my original post is spoken to below as well as an opinion on censorship. But lets not all get angry, we all love skiing!
 
i dont see how it is unfair to point out that feminism in all its wisdom has created HUGE double standards. which was spoken to in my post. This was not a problem when women were in the kitchen, becoming full members of society comes with responsibilities, which time and time again i have seen feminists neglect.
The joke may have been a little brash, but I do not believe in any level of censorship, words do not hurt, neither do ideas. (look up Senator McCarthy) Did my joke hurt anyone? No. Then why was it stopped. Full freedom for all up and until the point that an individuals freedom starts to impinge on another individual. This post did not impinge on your freedom as a woman, it would not have impinged on my freedom for you to say men are pigs. (which i doubt you would have deleted)
Women act as if equality means ME FIRST. This example, the girl chose to get wasted, and hook up with a guy. If I as a man do that, do i go home and tell my buddies i was raped? NO! Even if she is a troll monster. I acknowledge that it was ME who chose to drink and hook up with her.
If drugs and intoxication are not an excuse for crime, such a murder or even simple vandalism, i fail to see how women have this "i was drunk and he took advantage of me" NO you were drunk and you hooked up with him. Unless he GHB'd her then he did nothing wrong.
Women and their habit of saying this can end with a guy in jail, this is not to be taken lightly!sorry for the rant but I can't stand this PC culture. Freedom of speech used to count for something.

this is an extremely good point. I'm involved with sexual assault programs at my college, and it gets infuriating when the people I work with espouse the feminist-liberal party line that the "victim" of rape is "never at fault," and must have access to all the resources he or she needs. If by rape you mean stalking a woman and raping her in the bushes, fine.

But if you go out with friends, black out, and then wake up the next day in some dude's bed naked, its at least somewhat your fault. When you drink alcohol, you do so understanding that it impairs your decision making. As such, you therefore take responsibility for decisions you make under the influence, whatever they may be.

Obviously a sober dude hitting on a clearly drunk girl is taking advantage of someone, but there are plenty of people who are very good at seeming sober when they're trashed. If someone sticks someone's penis in someone else's vagina in such a situation, assigning "fault" gets a little hazy-especially since at least one party is less likely to remember what happened.
 
legally, but not morally. like if i get hammered tonight and tomorrow i find a video of me shooting someone while i was blacked out, i wouldnt feel THAT great, idk about you.
 
well it all depends on the situation. like in some cases its the guy taking advantage of the girl, but a lot of the time its just the girl using being drunk as an excuse to be a slut.

just think about it. would you feel ok if you find out that you killed/raped somebody while being drunk? i know it can be an excuse from a legal perspective, but morally youre the goat anyway.
 
To the OP, I don't think this is an OK thing to be doing as one of my friends is being charged for rape at the moment because of a situation like this.

i was talking about the moral (personal) side of a double drunk rape in a thread about drunk rapes, seems as it would be at least something relevant to something (to use youre assortment of words) thats going on.

you respond to me stating something so irrelevant to what i said, why would i consider taking you seriously? on top of that it was such an obvious fucking question, "man wouldn't you feel bad if you shot someone with a gun drunk? i mean MORALLY its wrong and everything." no shit you fucking jackass.

you basically asked me an obvious and irrelevant question to something i stated earlier. that statement had nothing to do with morality. i mean how'd you think that was even close to what i said? jesus. well i'm sorry i don't answer your questions (which i did here) but here's a tip for you in life... there are stupid questions and you seem to be full of them.
 
ever take advantage of a drunk GUY? Its alot of fun. Even the most deeply closeted homosexuals will put out after a beer or two. They'll be visibly sober, but because of the couple drinks, if anyone catches them, they can be like "I was sooooo drunk"This works especially good on the farmer types!

unless she is completely blacked out drunk, then it's not "taking advantage of her". it's just what fucking happens. you don't think a guy has ever woken up in the morning and looked at or remembered who he was with the night before and gone WHOOOOPS!! it's a two way street. people have the power and right to say no. unless they exercise that right & have it forced upon them, then it's not fucking rape.

 
ok so how was my statement wrong? come on, show me where his statement of me feeling bad after shooting someone while drunk disproves my statement of being blackout drunk can be a defense in court.

its the girls fucking fault for getting too drunk and not handling it. and i think that so lame of girls to say they raped me or some shit because they willingly did it because of their poor judgment to drink too much in the first place
 
It is really hard to say. First of all, I have partied with people and had no idea they were blacked out.I believe the law says if you are intoxicated, you cannot consent to sex. If a girl is passed out, or can barely even talk, then it is obviously rape. But what if two people meet up at a singles bar, dance, then walk a mile back to his place. Say his BAC is .19 and hers is .10. That is by definition intoxicated so he would be guilty. BUT WAIT, would she be guilty of raping him? His BAC was much more! Law doesnt care. Plus both while drunk, were ok enough to dance and walk a mile.
TRUE STORY! A kid is drunk at a party. A girl is drunk and offers to give him head. What do you think he says? She does the active activity of giving him a Blow job. Guess what? The boy gets arrested for sexual assault!!! Happened in CHico califronia. Was in the newspaper.

If she is drunk and you are sober that's low.

AND, according to Law and Order Special Victims Unit if she says something even sounding like 'no' she can take you to court.
 
1) You know the difference between a drunk chick and a chick that is too drunk to know what she is doing.
2) If she is obviously so drunk she barely knows what is going on, you have to make sure that you get even MORE drunk than her and have even LESS idea whats going on. Because then technically she is taking advantage of you.
Thats my view.
 
But, at the point someone is so drunk they don't know what they are doing... the steps PAST that mean you probably can't get it up so unless you enjoy the anal beads as a straight man what can you do?
 
well in my opinion that it is the girls fault for getting completely drunk and then get with people they later regret. its really awkward when you see some really drunk girls, (especially when they aren't that hot) trying their all to get with guys, really gives me a bad opinion of them, a good friend had pretty much been raped by my best mates girlfriend when she was really drunk and pissed off at my best mate, and the other night i was taking care of some really drunk girl and she kept trying to hook up with me between episodes of passing out, really awkward.

sparknotes: i wouldn't get with a really drunk girl because i find it very unattractive.

he may have a valid point, but every post he makes he feels like he needs to start swearing and insulting people. if he wants to have his point respected, he should try to speak like a grown up instead of like an immature little bully.
 
Skiierman is old school NS when people were called a f***ot on a regular basis and nothing happened. If you go to TGR the way they act there is what Skiierman acts like.

I don't know how many drunk girls have tried snuggling up to me that I kinda brush off but don't push away because in college their are enough douchebags around that no one will think twice about boinking a passed out body.
 
aight fair enough, i just think its unnecessarry to always insult poeple and belittle their comments and opnions. if people talk like that over at TGR then maybe he should fuck off to over there. because it just wrecks good arguments when people try and sway views/make opinions look wrong by swearing and insulting people.
 
Oh, I didn't mean they all say that at TGR but when someone steps out of line the whole community turns on them in that type of fashion. Don't go to that place and act like you do on NSG or you WILL get textually raped.
 
haha yeah cheers for the heads up. i just dont understand how arguments can come to conclusions when people start insulting people. that may sound a little poofy, but i would rather have an intelligent conversation with someone than have a war of swear words.
