yeah... i know, beaten to death topic. Let's hear some fresh answers though. I'm suffering from preseason torture.

Inb4 "ummm skiing".

Cruising back into the liftline after an epic park lap

Turned heads and cheers from the chairlift

Puting a hard trick to your feet for the 1st time

The sound of clicking into bindings

completely wrecking myself and having everyone on the chair laughing at me as i lay in a pile of my own ski gear. that and hangingout with friends.

yeah, don't know how i forgot about that. Also, having a ski randomly pop off at the worst possible time, sending you flailing through the air.

-landing a new trick for the first time

-when you do a trick that just feels perfect

-mellow pow laps

-natural jumps and pillows

-how it takes my mind off everything else

came in here to post this...last time i skied is the only time in recent memory where i forgot about everything for more then 30 minutes. also:

- chilling out with close friends/family(i ski with my cousins a lot)

- the ride up the chairlift when you're just ridiculously stoked.

- that vibe at the top...it's otherworldly.

a blue bird day when your about to drop in on the first run of the day and you can see mountains for miles.

deep pow with some chill music

the lift ride back up after the most epic run of the day

ripping a sweet mogul line under the lift with everybody looking.

The first day when everyone's is stoked and no one bitches at each other. Same with the last day

-Deep pow.

-Been out in the backcountry every day.

-Scouting fresh lines for future adventures.

-Getting inspired by the provo bros and nimbus independent.

stomping cliffs, especially when just as you land the song fades out and its like the last cliff in segment or editclicking into bindingspow

When you get off a super windy cold ass ridge and into the trees or pow run you were after and it's suddenly silent and pow filled and all is peaceful with the world.

When you get to the bottom of a sweet run and there's no line other than a couple people chilling around all stoked, and just ride on to the chair for another lap

The phwooomf of landing in pow

Getting to the bottom of the mountain, satisfied with a perfect day, and feeling oh so ready for that cold beer waiting for your return

When a chair opens in the alpine after a huge dump, and you're one of the first in line for it and know that one of the best runs of the season is about to go down.

sometimes i just like skiing switch and looking straight in front of me, completely blind to where I'm headed, and take a deep breath and smile. I just love the ''don't-give-a-fuck'' feeling it gives me.

When it's snowing so hard that you can go back and hit the exact same line and not see your tracks in the snow

Weekday pow

Eating shit right under the chairlift

First in the chair line in the morning

Stomping a new trick

Helping someone else learn a new trick/how to ski

Fresh tracks

showin up at the lift with pow stuck to your thighs and goggles.... makes the lifties jealous and the gapers wonder why you would ever leave the groomers.

Waking up super early hopping in the car stoked out of your mind, pick up a cup of joe for the ride arrive before lifts even open get first chair out, and when your riding up on that chair just thinking about how your about to do what you love even if it is for only a couple hours I think thats one of the greatest feelings in the world.

Putting on my Line skis, Fulltilt boots, murdered c-bars, 3 inch poles, and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxL jiberish and making gang signs in front of the camera.

-Getting to the point where you can stomp tricks effortlessly

-Learning new tricks

-The complete lack of all problems on the mountain

-The atmosphere

- Not having to worry about anything

- Being able to hang out with people you don't go to school with or hang out with on a regular basis

- The thrill from stomping a new trick

- And meeting new people

...fresh baked shred
