Whats your favorite part about school/work via zoom

most of us back in person for a lot of stuff but i had a snow day today and we went back to the zoom for class. Wondering what people like most about zoom for school/work stuff. I hate being on zoom for this shit, it makes it hard for me to care, BUT i do love that i can pick my nose whnever i want without shame by just turning off my webcam.

Just have to say I'm glad I finished school a long time ago, seems like nowadays there is no such thing as a snow day, you just have Zoom school instead.

Turning in homework is so much better now. Due times are usually now online at midnight instead of the beginning of class, giving extra time to get help or procrastinate. Also, many professors now record lectures, even when they aren't a virtual class, which makes going back and watching/listening to certain parts super helpful when doing homework or studying for exams.

No but the other day I was in a meeting that was like 2 hours long and I was super hungover so I was attending from my bed on zoom. Well like an hour into it I inadvertently fell asleep for like a solid half hour. I jolted awake like oh fuck! But no one had noticed.

Being able to do laundry during the day, cook something tasty or workout during lunch. Definitely missing the social aspect of an office.

It's bullshit, no one will ever have a real snow day ever again because they'll just be like class is online today. Sucks for kids.
