i own a couple strays. i keep them inside mostly. i found them together as brothers but their behavior is really different. one doesn't seem to give a fuck and one is scared all the time? whats up with this?

When I got my cat I thought she wasn't going to be very playful, but now she drags her loudest toys into my room immediately after I try to go to sleep if she thinks we didn't play enough before bed, and then jumps up on the bed and meows in my face. She is also a fiend for catnip, I pop the lid off of her nug jug and then she latches onto my arm and bites my fingers, but she only got two teefs so it's actually pretty fun.

Let the just do normal cat shit outside and stop keeping them inside..... Indoor cats are "pussy cats" real cats hunt for prey and eat it if their real ones.

i think my family has gone through at least 25 cats in 10 years in the country.
ya just gotta get one of em to have some kittens with a ripped stray cat and then u got yourself some really fluffy ripped cats. so far this one had lived like a year which is a new record

Chalk it up to different temperaments. Lotsa street cats have been through some shit having to fend for themselves for months on end, and some are just wired to get super jumpy after living as strays while others aren't. Just like some people get PTSD after going through crazy events while others don't.
