a little late to the party, but I have the XL from last year and it is about 34-35". But since the back of it is longer now, I'm guessing it will be a little longer, also the large is about 31-33" not completely sure on it, but you can put on a large and then put on an XL over it as if the large was a sweatshirt(tried it with a friend) and it is easy to tell that the XL is significantly bigger.
