Whats the difference between Look and Dynastar?

I was looking at bindings and at the PX-12 from dynastar. some people are calling them look PX-12s and some are calling them dynastar PX-12s, please explain

well dynastar bought out look a couple years ago so its the same binding just different colors and graphics

Dynastars weight ALOT MORE than the look's, atleast they feel like it, i dont know the facts, but a buddy of mine had the Dynastars on his trouble makers, and i had the Look's on my ARV's and his felt kinda heavier

They are EXACTLY the same... Maybe a worm screw vs a tab adjustment depending on the model (not brand), but that's it.
