Whats something you do when you blow your knee

welcome to the club bro, it seems like a lot of people are gettin injured this season, 2013 effect or some shit. Basically enjoy opiates for a couple weeks after your surgery and then you'll figure out the rest. Thats what I did

had my acl surgery a few days ago and since then its been online classes, pain pills, pt, and defending this great nation on cod

got ps3?

do a lot of pt so that you can get it as strong as you can, and maybe do something that would benefit your ability to ski in the future? like take more classes so you can take less next season or make some extra money so you dont have to work during the next season

or smoke a lot of weed and play xbox and sit on newschoolers all day

I'm 14 so the extra classes and job won't help too much. I don't plan on smoking weed all day either but I will do lots of pt

bout to be in the same boat as everyone else. going in for surgery this friday for a complete tear of my ACL and partial Lateral Tear of my Meniscus. gonna be bored out of my mind since I own no video games and don't go to school, life is gonna be super boring for the next few months..

Now would be a good time to invest in a Netflix account. Do as much physical therapy as you can. Get a gun and go shooting once you are mobile. And do physical therapy erryday for 6 months or however long your doctor tells you. Make friends with you physical therapist, and the other people in PT- you will be seeing them for a while. Make goals: It's not a quick recovery, but if you work you ass of in PT on little steps it will seem more rewarding IMO. Get inspired: find a story of someone who has got it way worse than you. It may be a youtube video or, like me, someone in your PT office. Again, work your ass off in therapy, it will make you appreciate skiing SOOO much more once you get out next season.

Just some food for thought,

Good luck with the recovery!

i do not know how cripple you are and what it feels like to walk, but ifi wear you id try to pick up a dslr and get into photography and videography, start learning the ways and maybe youll make some banger stuff, thats what happned to nick martini and now hes a incredible cinematographer.
