Whats some advice on a rodeo 7?

It's a spin way more than a flip. I know for me they were hard to learn because I throw my rodeo 5 really flippy. Try them on trampolines (obviously) and grabbing mute helps get the rotation right.

There are a lot of ways you can do a rodeo 7 (true for all degrees of rotation for a rodeo.) You definitely can do them flippy too. To do a flippy rodeo 7 one of the ways you can do it is by doing a pretty square rodeo 5, waiting to come pretty class to back on axis and turning your flip momentum into spin momentum to get the last 180 going.
Someone's going to inevitably tell me I'm wrong though because it's still NS we're dealing with here.

if you can do a rode 5, do the same thing except don't spot at 5 just let your body keep going.

if you can rodeo 5 a bigger jump, its gonna be easier to do it on a bigger one cause you'll have more time to bring it around.
but honestly, as with any trick, just do it where and when you're comfortable with it. if you can't rodeo a bigger jump yet don't even do that yet just work on your rodeo 5's until you're comfortable with that and one day you'll feel the 7.

I found that after being able to throw solid rodeo 5's, the rodeo 7 was a very natural progression. I just stepped up the size of the jump, kept the arms tighter and kept my head turned to spot the landing for that last 180.
