What's Good with Boots

yo guys and super cool ski gals,

what makes a boot good? and i don't mean fit, i mean performance, features, etc. don't tell me about your favorite boot cause it fits or which boot is awful cause it doesn't fit. and warranty stories don't count, either.

thanks.

When I bought boots I paid attention to how certain areas of my feet that had been hurting in past boots felt (ie toes and ankles). Of course you're not gonna know until you ski in em, but if they hurt in the store wearing them for 10 minutes they're most likely gonna hurt on the hill. Also, the whole forming the boot to your foot makes a huge difference. Flex is important depending on what type of skiing you're doing. Also, I like shiny things like laser pointers and paint chips.

Some people only see that I'm white ignoring skill cause I stand out like a green hat with an orange bill...

boots are like skis you have to get ones that are tailored to what you like and what you want to do with them. Most people that don't race are not going to want a super stiff boot. But if you plan of skiing pow Its not the best to have a really soft boot. So you figure out what kinda flex you want, then find the boot that has the flex and has the fit you like, and it helps if the boots on the lighter side.

hahahahahaha so is unionbowler like some old guy from marker collecting data? 'yo guys and skier gurls' and 'keep it fake(ie)' hahahahahaha. So im guessing marker is trying to make boots now.

^^ i like how you automaticaly assume it's marker, because marker is uber-uncool. I'm sure it isn't some marker rep. But i wouldn't be surprised if it was someone trying to get data to make the next 'hip' boot.
