What's big white like?

hello all, im an aussie hitting big white for the first time from jan 19 - jan 31...

just wondering what its generally like around that time, snow, weather, park conditions etc.

is there any gear that's "a must"? i've never really skied in actual cold temperatures before.

Dude you'll love it, i myself am an aussie who has skiied big white a couple times, its an awesome mountain, if you havnt really left aus for skiing you'll blow your mind, good snow, awseom off piste, never got to ski the back bowl myself cause of an avalanche that killed some aussie actually but yea the park there is pretty good, it has its own chair so you can get heaps of laps in.
