Whats better than imovie to edit with!!

Lately I have been trying to makes some edits with imovie. I find it quite annoying sometimes, it can be hard to use and it cant do all the affects that I would like it to do. Does anybody know any good editing program things that you can install for free?
 
You can torrent all kinds of editing programs. That's what I did for a while.
 
I personally like final cut pro X. But if you dont want to drop a couple hundred bucks, stick with a free program.
 
Almost anything. There are some free programs that you can DL that would wok just fine, but you will get a much better product if you drop some cash on it.
 
What are some of these editing programs that aren't super expensive like Final Cut or that Adobe one?
 
i use final cut and i love it. i used after effects and premiere for a while too but they're almost too complicated to figure out on your own.
 
Torrents are your friend when you want free. But as legal free software goes Imovie is actually pretty good bro, not really gonna get any better on the free front
 
There's a cheap little program called VideoPad that I used for a little while. It's a big step up from iMovie or Windows Movie Maker, while still being very user-friendly. Jumping into programs like Premiere or Final Cut will take some training, but there are thousands of online tutorials; everything from the basics to all the cool 3D motion shit, color correction, all sorts of stuff. I use Premiere and After Effects mostly, sometimes some Illustrator for logos.
