Whats better rail jams or big air

rail jams because im sick of seeing who can hold the grab on their cab 10 longer.

i havent been a hater until the X Games, now i am just sick of it.

the gap box at the VT open. The rail jam was sooo sick, I wish they were having it again this year.

true true. it get's boring after a while, but believe it or not, cab 10s are not the only option in big air. the same slide over and over would get pretty gay in a rail jam too.

I think it depends on your feeling I would like a rail jam better because I am better at rails and would win that easier. But big air is more of a spectators sport.

well if u like big if u have not already check out the toggenburg big air video its on NS just type it in on the search bar

yeah, rail jams, cuz you get alot of hits, therefore you can be alot more creative, and not have to stress about doing safe tricks you know you'll land every time.

i think local rail jams because 1. only a number of people at my mountain are good at jumps..and when i say good..i mean like really good....

2. there is more competition for me at rail jams because im not horrible at rails..i cant compete with people in big air

3. i like the laid back attitude of a rail jam

my favourite to BE in, NOT spectate is big air or slopestyle. it encourages you to learn new stuff. SLopestyles like in between air and rail jams. In 10 years whos gunna no what a rail is? itsd pretty well a fad

ya local ones where people are now all throwing down the big tricks...solid corks and rodeos and other goodies are fun.

all comps suck there just needs to be good rail set ups and jumps all the time so you can just have fun and film. a nice pipe wouldn't hurt either

true true

go check out armadasksi.com and look in the vid section, you'll see t-hall throw a 6 something onto a rail. the rotation is flawless but the rail slide is brief. all in all i give it 7.5 its cool enough to check out

I love Rail Jams, but Big Air is cool as well. Although I love SHakedown's concept, where you cant do one trick twice, and you have to be able to jump and jib with consistency. But the last rail jam I was at, all the skiiers were doing 270 on, switch up, 270 off, so it's not like that shit doesnt get repetitive either.
