What will become of the NS generation?

What's gonna happen when we all get old? Are there gonna be a bunch of 50 park skiers? Or maybe we'll have figured out by then that skiing powder is fun. Or will we all have killed ourselves trying to huck quad corks off 80 foot cliffs? Or maybe global warming will be so bad that there won't be any snow left on the planet (god I hope not).

Who's gonna be the billionaire to bring the steeze to the Yellowstone Club? How many of us will end up having office jobs in Ohio and only ski 3 times a year? And then how many are just gonna end up being ski bums?

And lastly what will happen with the pros? How long until Tom Wallisch burns out and is replaced by some kid whose name we don't even know yet?

Discuss.

there will be 1000 old eric pollards skiing around.

just my opinion.

we'll ski pow, but throw a little fun into to it too.

I think those working fast food would be the ones with liver problems.

But, i barely ski park so I'm gonna keep skiing steeps, trees and powder till the day I die. It will be interesting watching us when we are 60 years old with the majority of us still wearing tall t's.

i dont know how you are all gona die but im gona at least die in style by hittin chads on skiblades

this. I thought about it for the longest time today after I finished watching Team NS's JOSS for the 1000th time. I was wondering how in like ten years if I said how sick that edit was and all the kids would watch it and find it boring and look at me like an old fogey.

but instead of breaking your ankles you will break your neck? Speaking of broken ankles what will happen to such legendary crashes, will we forget and move on to the next one or will they stay burned into our harts in an internal love for seeing people fall.

Have you ever seen the left over hippies who still wear tie die all the time or the old skiers who have plenty of money to buy new outerwear but insist on wearing the same neon jacket they had in the 90's? Its very plausible. Only time will tell.

I think when the first generation and Tanner's generation get to 40 we will know. But it really is up to us. If we want to be old rad dudes throwing down, then we can do that. If we want to tone it way down and "work an office job in Ohio" then that's what's going to happen. Only one thing is certain: we will have no knees. Hopefully, by that time, they will be able to regrow joints.

No knees at age of 50. Quads will be old, so will be doing quintcorks? And lats will work at an pffice and only ski a bit of groomers, regret the skibum days, have a bad liver, and have cool stories for their grandchildren.

^that^

who knows maybe all of us nser's are the next generation of gapers. but instead of sick neon and spread eagles it will be jiberish and blunt grabs.
