What were your first skis?

my first skis were some used Rossi's. i still see some old folks rockin them on the hill. it always gives me a good chuckle. first twins were Volkl Dogens.
 
first skis were some K2 Escapes. (still have them) and my first pair of twins were second generation Fujatives! (such a sick ski)

But my borthers first pair of skis were the OG orange 1080s with the robots on them
 
Fischer 190's which stood 2 feet over my head as a young kid. My parents said i would grow into them (yeah in about 10 years).
 
First pair i ever bought were Public Enemies. Then they got stolen about a year 1 1/2 later and i got some superchargers that i still use now

These badass Rossignols from the eighties, they were like 60cm underfoot and neon pink and yellow. I got them at Goodwill for $5 with matching poles and little rear-entry boots when I was eight. I had the classic mini-gaper look.
 
they had Kermit the Frog on them from the Muppits. they were baller. but i dont remember the brand.. i wanna say K2 though.. not sure
 
i dont remember my very first skis, but my first twins were 06 solomon foils(actually i think they were 06 the red white and blue ones) sick skis
 
Salomon 540! Some junior ski, they is still in use by my little sister. Probably 02-03 or 03-04!
 
first park skis were line mavericks
after i got them i spray painted them white then painted the black Line stencil on the tips and tails

shit, never mind they were salomon 1080 groms 130 or something. i remember paying for them with 10 and 1 dollar bills. shit was a lot of money at the time for a little kid.

my very first pair of skis was an old pair of hart straight skis - i think they were 160s

the first ski the i bought new was the salomon 720. man, i feel old...
 
My first pair were atomic mx 5 or something like that, then i brought some k2 public enemy's and then the line invaders.
 
some atomic skis. but thats if you dont count the firefly snowblades i had before haha.

I remember when everyone learned on straight skis..... now those were the good old days!

My first good skis were some of the first season salomon 1080's. Superturboawesome...
 
reading some of these made me laugh

my first pair were red plastic ones that you just strapped on to your sneakers and walked down the driveway in. my first real pair were black rossi straight skis with the red white and blue rooster on the front. my first twins were the 07-08 atomic twins
 
my first skis are my favorite skis ever.

K2 Ninja turtle skis that were like 60 cm long
 
My first skis were ome straight skis I bought at a garage sale for $11 but the shop wouldnt tune them because they were so old. I never got to ride those. I bought a cheap pair of Axis skis as my first real pair. I dont think they even have a website and that one shop is the only place Ive seen them. After 2 years on those I got rossi scratch pros. Those skis were kick ass.
 
those were my first twins also. after four years on those they needed to be replaced... so i got the 09 chronics. haha. i love them
