What was that NASA shit?

This is related cuz I wanted to know how to keep snow when we get it in the lowlands for when I wanna sesh my ramp with snow on it :)

Hmmmm but would tinfoil really retain a freezing point without any cooling systems... I know it was a joke lol I was just tring to be specific...

yeah that was definitely a joke, but you can just throw a tarp over a pile of snow, put some hay on top of that and it'll last for a while

I know it was a joke but I was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to keep some of the snow from the season >.< and I got a few but idk how well it'll work

If i'd do it, i'd get blanket on the ground, then snow wrapped in a tarp on top of the blanket, then blankets over the packed snow and finish off with a tarp, or perhaps a spaceblanket to reflect sunlight, do this in as good a shadowed place as you can find...use any isolation you have, if you have Isomo, use it, use as much as you have to insulate...

i live in MD, so our winters are over around the end of march, but one of the resorts near my house piles up all the snow from their tubing hill, covers it in hay, then a tarp and saves it till the end of MAY!!!!! Shit works, or a wooden box with the interior covered in aluminum foil and surrounded by insulation and another layer of plywood. In other words... a bug fridge.
