What u think bout VonZippers?

just cause oak charges 160 for a pair doesn't mean they're good. all the people i ride with seem to have gotten at least one pair of oakleys and have tossed 'em out after a month or so. i think they're way over rated.
 
i love my spy goggles. a few of my friends rock VZ, but they snowboard. i dunno, i guess some of the designs are cool, but i dunno about performance.
 
VZ's are sick..the rep i met was dope and the sunglasses i have from them i love to death..their goggle designs are definitely hit and miss, but you can never go wrong with their lenses..those green chrome lenses are sexy!
 
First of all there not 160 at all anywhere. Second they have the best lens technology in the industry, third your friends are stupid, fourth Oakley is bomb; you have to be doing something right to create a global brand like they are and lastly what made them what they are was eyewear technology and they continue to invest money in r&d and innovate everyday...von zipper is sick though but i'll stick with their sunglasses
 
honestly all goggle companies produce at least a couple models that are pretty sick and steezy - id say go with the vonzippers tho if you like them, its nice to see ppl reppin a variety of different goggles then simply their new oakley crowbars
 
what does anon, scott, or smith do for the sport - vz's just a little less popular company that produces a couple sick models and allows more variety for goggles
 
Ive had like 7 or 8 pairs of oakleys and let me assure you, Von Zipple doesnt really compare. if you dont have the money to spend maybe buy something cheap like vz, but id rather ski with sunglasses. BAH!

ya this year's electric's are pretty damn sick - especially with the new frame they use, id for sure get a pair of this year's electrics if i already didn't have a bunch of goggles
 
Buy Dragon there way better... Von Zipper is owned by Billabong, billabong dont sponsor any skiers .... end of
 
nah man...im canadian and i can get any oakley goggle with any iridium lense for 180$ at any shop. i was in whistler a month ago and all the crowbars were 140 without iridium lenses and there was one shop that was selling them for 70$ without and iridium lense. it's still more then the u.s but your exagerating.
