make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.alaskan malamutes and huskies are hard to take care of.
and i really like australian shephardsdogs are sick

Get a beagle ! then make shure he gets really really fat just like mine ! so when you try to sleep with him he takes up your twin sized bed becuase you cant get a queen !

get a full-sized mattress. small enough to fit in almost any room, large enough to fit your dog (or when you get older, your bitch).

a mut from the pound.. really u are saving their life adn they are really nice. my dog came from the pound he was so nice to everyone but hadthis nervious tick if someone would hold up newspaper to hit a fly or something... guess he was abused.

get a shetland sheepdog (shelty) basically a mini lassie. thats what i have, they love to play and herd and are pretty smart

GET A SAMOYED! ah they are my dream dogs. plus, they are hypoallergenic! their nickname is the "smiling samy" because they always look like they're smiling, how cuteeeee

rottweiler. aslong as you take care of it and train it right they arent bad at all. so much fun to play with.

i have an alaskan malamute. shes a big furball which is cool but sheds hardcore twice a year. super friendly and nice dog.

my friend has one. It's a sick dog but it drools alot and its bark is sooooooooo loud and painful to listen to when you aren't expecting it

well, how big of a dog do you want?
if you want big, go for a dane or an irish wolf hound (way cool dogs)if not, then get something med/small, like an airadale or a lab mix.
BUT the shelter route is the best, because those dogs are awesome, and they are extemely lovable

A Yellow Labrador Retriever. Amazing dogs, I've never heard any complaints about 'em, and I love mine. Our neighbors kids used to actually hang off my dogs tail and ears, she just yelped and turned around and licked the kids.

Better yet, get an English Setter. We have two of them that we use for hunting, and they are the best dogs we have ever had. Very loyal, easy to train, mild mannered and very playful. Great dog for the money.

I really want a black lab, or a Rotty golden retreiver mix...looks like a retreiver but w/ the rottweiler colors, so sick.
