hey,i was just wondering what type or brand of binding for my Salomon Dumont skis?i like to ski in the park but all-mountain to, what should i do??i have had a couple of tips on bindings and they were:Marker Griffon's or JestersSalomon STH 14 Driver'sand some other rossignol bindings, what do you think of those suggestions?

Those are all good bindings, but don't go out buying a 14 DIN binding if you dont need it. What DIN do you usually ride?

Also, your BSL, skier ability, height and weight would be helpful

o ok, thats just what a couple of people i have talked to have told me because they said i might need it in the long run,i didn't think this to much but i thought that i might just put it up to see how it went,so what would your suggestions be??

please actually be serious,i would like a proper answerstop joking around and tell me what you think if you want to help me instead of being a fuck and joking around

hey man.i'm also aussie so i speak the same language as you. (kilograms).i recommend Marker Jester's.for your size and weight (and skill level {i've read your profile}) i think these would be an excellent choice in bindings for you.enjoy skiing.might see you on the australian slopes,
oscar.

hey, thanks oscar, but it doesnt help that you are my cousin and that i know you've never been skiing!!

please someone else help me.

no offence oscar.

im sorry mate but i dont think were talking about the same oscar here.i have been skiing my whole life now and in case you havent looked at my profile, i have a couple of sponsors!its ok though mate. everyone makes mistakes!

You could probably get away with a 10 o 11 DIN binding because you are so light.

Rossi/look/dynastar makes some good ones. check em out. You could pick some up from your shop for a lot less than any 12 DIN bindings.

DONT buy fks 155/185. At your weight and ability it would be a disaster waiting to happen. 120's would be ok if you are still growing, but not ideal and I wouldn't bother until you have growed up a little bit.

Also, don't buy anything with a DIN above 12 unless you know why you are buying it. The number isn't like horsepower.... higher isn't always better

i personally mate would recommend you to stay away from everything dynastar.they actually don't even manufacture their own bindings!they pay rossignol to produce the actual binding then they just change the graphics.i've personally had a bad run with dynastar (they used to sponsor me!)cheers mate.
