What to eat after throwing up a ton?

so ive been throwing up ever since i woke up and i still feel like shit. what am i supposed to eat? my parents are gone so its just me and my brother in the house right now.
 
try to drink a lot of water, but if you are hungry you might want to look for something that when you smell it you don't want to throw up or just go with soup
 
i just tried eating some crackers and then i just threw up like a minute later. whenevcer i eat or drink anything i just end up throwing it up later. what the fuck is wrong with me?

crackers and water always do it for me, but sometimes you just get super sick and you throw up anything you eat. just try to drink water, even though you're puking it out you're still getting hydrated, it's really easy to get dehydrated when you're sick
 
just try super bland stuff, like rice, and if it gets super bad, sometimes i eat straight up white bread raw, nothing on it, it sucks but you gotta eat and if everything makes you ralph then you gotta get the job done
 
noodle soup or broth with one of those OXO bullion cubes dissolved in it, saltine crackers, toast, jell-o those are all things that are easy on the stomach. Also soda will help settle your stomach.
 
The BRAT diet, it works perfectly. But you have to eat them all plain. I don't personally eat the applesauce though, it grosses me out.

Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast.
 
Mmmm.....animal style fries... sooooo yummy.

It's fries, a slice of cheese, with thousand island sauce on top and grilled onions.

Anyway, best thing to do is keep drinking fluids, water is good cause it instantly gets absorbed and the vomitting is just going to keep dehydrating you. What I would try to do is drink a glass of water, then a glass of soda or gatorade, then more water.. and so on. Liquids hurt the least to vomit but you will primarily be vomiting up the soda/gatorade. And anything you do process will at least have some calories/carbs so yeah... I'ld do that till you vomit less, then try crackers/bread, then non acidic fruits like apples or bananas then peanut butter (seriously, the protien is good for ya). Then hopefully you will start feeling better.
 
what'd you get? stomach flu or something? eat soda crackers, drink

recharge, and have some chicken noodle soup. On top of that, go to a

natural foods store and get this thing called curing pill, it's a mix

of chinese herbs it will knock that shit right out of you. trust me. And

finally, when you start feeling a lot better eat some yogurt to replace

the good bacteria in your stomach.
 
try sipping on gatorade when you feel like all the way better... then eat dry toast or crackers but not very much... and wait until you feel alot better even tho its super hard cuz you will probably be starving

but drink lots of water and eat saltines, flat breads, soup., and other plain stuff.
 
I feel ya man, I've been barfing all day. I've drank and reverse drank like 20 glasses of water. Now I don't have to puke anymore but I'm real hungry, and a little scared I might blow chunks again.
 
nibble saltines and drank some gatorade mixed with ginger ale.

if you feel better after that eat some white rice with chicken broth

it's been said before, but toast with cinnamon on it and a TINY bit of butter usually does the trick for me if i'm that sick.....
 
same experience last sunday!

try just ice chips instead of water, that way you still get some fuids in you but not so fast that they just come up again.

once you're well enough to keep that down get some electrolytes in you like gatorade.

ginger ale because you can.

crackers. toast. freezepops. anything not too acidic.
