What to do while injured?

So i broke my knee and without skiing im bored and bummed. I will be out for like 2-3 months anybody got any advice on what hobbies or activities i should pick up in the mean time? remember that i am broken so im unable to do any action sports and that kinda stuff.

I was thinking learning how to write Java and make ski games like shredsauce, learning a new language, making meth, hell idk

ya but im on perks and it already takes me like 30 minutes, plus i cant stand so if i wak it.... she takes like an hour, too much fucking effort

Read, write poems, write about things you find interesting, draw, learn an instrument (guitar or piano). Don't just waste your time, use it to develop new skills.

its not just skiing i cant really move, so i cant do any of my normal activities, im a big runner, and i like slacklinging and just being outdoors so this shit suck. I think im gonna try to learn a new language, probably arabic.

If you play an instrument there's no better use of your time than getting really fucking good at that instrument.

Or you could do what a friend of mine did, and play Skate all day every day, to the point that you are able to absolutely dominate at it.

become the next descartes or kant or someone. all they seemed to do was sit around and think all day and that seemed to work out.

I came here to write this but remembered how boring it gets after a while. Try picking up an instrument like the guitar. Not only will you be able to shred, youll be able to serenade the ladies when youre done with your wicked tunes.

Is it just me or is that not the dumbest looking thing one could possibly waste time on. Not saying I haven't wasted time doing retarded things, but the fact that this is a huge trend makes me wut.

Then again planking became a fad. People love stupid fad activities.

I would rather masturbate, play video games, and build shit while my injuries heal.

You don't like it. We get it. You do not need to cut it down in every thread it is mentioned.

How is it a fad? I would not call ~500 years a fad.

NETFLIX.

I fractured my humerus twice in november and went though two free trials. but now i'm back skiing so I'm done.

I went through so many shows.

Specifically:

Weeds

Breaking Bad

The Riches

The Walking Dead

Nip/Tuck

Prison Break

smoke weed listen to music and draw, learn how to cook, netflix, whatever just try to get creative you'll find something worthwhile

but i highly recommend marijuana, definatley a key component to my healing process

came here to post this, broke my leg and realized all the fun things i like to do require my legs, but guitar is so fun and challenging and relaxing to just noodle around a bit, played like 8 hours a day for like 3 months. bought one having never played before. Almost been playing for a year now and I love it.

Because I'm sure most of the people doing it didn't just see a video in the last few years of "super duper cool trick edits" and want to try it.

Get good at photoshop by editing mug shots to make them look good. Saw this on imgur a while back and thought it was pretty sick idea

Guitar fun as hell, eat alot, therapy when you can. Play shredsauce, hit on girls and use your injury. Make somthin up thats cool. How did you hurt yourself?
