What to do on this trampoline?

so best goddamn day ever...we picked up a free 15' trampoline on craigslist, with enclosure, and the things in damn good condition.

first, any ways to like "pattern" the springs different to jump higher?

then what kinda crazy shit can we do on it. were gonna make a tramp bike, skate, etc. but we need more ideas. the rents say its gone when we all go back to college so we basically have 2 months to get wild on it. though my friend might put it at his house at Pitt. i sprained my ankle on it today, but i think im just gonna throw a brace on it and hit it up again tomorrow haha

Tie an old wakeboard rope/handle to a tree if you have one and make a tramp board with shoes duct taped to it.

take it easy first don't go on till your ankles better, believe me I would know all about going on a tramp with an injury...

but yeah definately make like a tramp bike or tramp skis/ board they are alot of fun or just like a skateboard deck

so yea... tramp bikes arnt that great, its kinda fun messing aaround with a skate deck but not that great, tramp skis suck dick and a tramp snowboard is fun for a little while.

ive found that the best thing to do on a trampoline is just jump and push your tricks, learn doubles or somthing

Yeah you can double up the springs, like two springs to one loop on the tramp.. Depending on what kind of tramp you have though, the springs on my tramp have been doubled up for a long time, and it didnt do much to help the bounce. Plus now my trampoline is falling apart from it and we are probably going to have to toss it. It took two years for it to get that way though, so if you only have two months hit it up

find something that can stand alone beside the tramp at approx. 10 feet. I used a log that was about 2 feet in diameter, stood it on end, and strapped it to one of the vertical legs so it wouldnt move. now bounce up and stall that piece. or cork and push off it with your feet. Or if you have an SUV you dont really worry too much about park it next to it so its like a raised platform, repeat stalling and tapping through corks.

yeah I broke my femur twice in two months, rods the first time but they bent 45 degrees when it broke the second time so they had to take them out, they were gonna put a plate and screws in but just put bigger rods in again which will be there for life

i sprained my ankle but sense im such a badass it turned into like a 3 month injury cause i kept going on the trampoline

i would only cross 2 pairs of springs cause on my 16 foot trampoline when i tried to cross 4 or 5 pairs of springs it wasn't good. 1- springs stretch out if you cross to many and then they're useless and 2- it takes way more weight to jump the same height so it crossing over 2 pairs of springs only helps if you have one or two more kids over to double bounce you every time you go on your tramp. i've never tried doubling up that may be cool but i feel like it probably wouldn't do much, if anything.

put a wall next to it and do this (worth all 8 mins of your time. Promise)

a) tell him to bring it to pitt so i can use it toob) anything is possible on a trampc) the best way to get extreme air is kipping or switch the trampoline cover because mesh is made to absorb shock hence decreasing your height.

put it next to a tree and do wall stalls on the trunk. cork in/cork out, backflip out, try to get high mark, all kinds of stuff.

when you say switching the trampoline cover do you mean flipping over the part that you actually jump on?

no, i do gymnastics and we use string covers. they allow for more flexibility and bounce, which is why we get so much air. i'm not sure if they sell them for round tramps but it wouldn't hurt to ask. polypropylene is like a plastic that is why you get a very different feel and jump on a standard trampoline versus the soft mat on a gymnastics tramp.

why don't you just cross the springs if you only have it for the summer, then it's not like it will affect it for later

anyone with tips for learning tricks on the tramp? i cant seem to figgure out body movements im getting alot better with sighting flips and spins

dude cross springs like this. x I x I (every other) then after a while change the pattern so they dont wear oout
