What to bring where???

K. So I'm going to the great Chamonix valley in France over Winter Break. I have two pairs of skis, one pair of k2 hellbent that are way oversized, and one pair of Surface Double Times. oP's Mom says he can only bring one pair of boards. Which boards does Op bring for Chamonix?

Double times probably. you can still pop into the park when you come across one, and you can pop off the run and ski a little bit of cruddies/pow.

I hear its risky trying to get your own skis overseas though. everyone i know that skied in europe brought their boots and found good demo shops to use. whatever works for you, though.

probably rent. then you can just rent for what you want to do that day. probably will be much more enjoyable for you, since you'll hate it trying to ski deep stuff with double times

no point in taking a park ski tot cham, not even sure if cham has a park, if it does it won't be worth hitting when you have all that terrain.
