a good stretching routine would be sick!

^^ this, what stretches do I need to be doing every day, and what stretches do I need to be doing before I ski. Thank you so much for all the stuff you post!!

Maybe along with a good stretching routine, you could describe some good skiing workouts for the off-season? I know I always struggle to stay in shape for the szn

As a person who had ACL surgery somewhat recently, I have no problem finding guidance on how to strengthen my knees for the upcoming season. What I can't find is guidance on how to slowly progress back to my normal skiing. Like what types of tricks/terrain are safe for me 8 months out vs 12 months out etc.

You're gonna want to switch to an all fruit diet and start drinking your piss on a regular basis.

This will be very difficult to do. The best advice would be to wait a MINIMUM of 9 months before returning to any sport. That’s based on ACL research and return to play guidelines.

Best advice is listen to your body. Look up ACL return to play guidelines and try to pass as many of those physical tests as you can!

If you check my IG @Skiingphysicaltherapy I have a few posts for dynamic stretches. I can make a NS post for it though!

I dislocate / sublex my shoulder maybe twice or sometimes three times a season. What are good strengthening exercises for my shoulder?
