What's the point of making a food product taste like a food that you're not willing to eat?

im not a big pizza fan(too much dough) but if i do have one i like keeping them simple. A classic margarita (bocconcini, basil and tommy sauce) with some crisped prosciutto. A bit of chilli infused olive oil goes well too.

and either almonds & cashews for like the fancy proper stuff, or just like vegetable oils for the cheap stuff you put on pizza and poutine.
