Might be best to hold off til next spring/summer if you want cheap. The fall is the worst time to buy skis (overstock is usually depleted and new lines are on display) unless you can find a few lingering clearance rack ones, or Black Friday/holiday sales. Tbh though buying for "cheap" is setting yourself up for a shitty time. Buy for quality (might be cheap, might not be cheap). Otherwise ksl, Craigslist, b/s/t section on this site are all good places for deals on good skis.
What is your price range? That might help people give more targeted suggestions. Cheap is a relative term.
