What skis to get?

I am a 16 year old who has been skiing since the 3rd grade i have skied slalom since 8th grade so i know what im doing on the hill. I am looking to get into park so i need a good solid ski that is cheap and full of jib, help me out! Thanks!
 
armada ar7's are great there durable and light but a bit pricey. for a cheap price you can get any ski from the LINE company. I recommend getting either the Afterbangs or the Chronics. The afterbangs is great for anything! It has a woodcore like a skateboard. It will take anything you throw at it and they are not that much money. For the Chronics it is a better ski but it is a bit more money. The chronics are also a all woodcore. hope this helped you
 
check out the K2 domain. soft, poppy, very durable, and relatively cheap park ski. It has a lot of rocker too (you might not want that if you are just getting into park)
 
Thanks for all the info, one last question what legnth? ive heard from some people that i should be going with upwards of 170-180 but other people have said around 160, im 5-8/5-9 what do you think?
 
if u are 5-8, 9 I would get get a 171 or 173. it depends on what skis u are getting tho. I own a pair of armada AR7's in the 170 range and I am the same height as u
 
It comes down to what you like to ski. Im 5'9'' and I like a 176 with full traditional camber. I ride 50 park 50 all mnt. Some people like a short ski.
 
I'm 5'11" so not much taller at all really, and I ride some moment pb&j 172's... Honestly preference, because I have friends who are shorter, and ski longer, but ability level is the same. You said you skied slalom so you may like a longer ski with less rocker and more of a traditional camber. Try before you buy! If you get the chance to demo any twin tips at all, take it up! A world of a difference getting to try opposite ends of the spectrum to see where you are! :)
 
if.you're just starting park you'll want a softer ski. check out the halo, chronic, tc or if you want super soft mastermind
 
For lots of rails the k2 press skis are cheap so you can shred them up. salomon threats and armada el reys are good for starting out too
 
no, dont get the press. thats an aweful idea. but im 5.6-5'7 and im on 169cm. so if youre closer to 5-9 get like a 178
