What skis should i get?

My name is Drew Hurter and I ski a lot at Snoqualmie Pass and I always try to make it out to Crystal Mt. a few times a year. I am a sophomore in high school at Kentwood. Skiing is practically my favorite thing to do and I go up about at least two times a week. But anyway I am looking into getting some new skis. I weight about 135 and am 5’ 10”. I charge hard and like to get into deep POW but I don’t always get the chance to up here in the northwest. I am looking between the 09 Armada JJ’s and the 09 K2 Obsethed. I need some advice on how each ski rides and if it will be a good fit for me. If you have any other suggestions for me please say so. Thanks a lot!!

both sick skis.... i ve seen more people ride seths in the park than jj s but they are both really good you should try to check them out in person at evo or something

Demo shop at Crystal has two pairs if you wanna try, 179's and 189's. No Armada though.

Where is the demo shop at crystal? can you get them the day you want to ski them? and how much is ti to demo them?

Get the seths. Check out rei.com, I got a pair of 179s for $350 two weeks ago. If your lucky they might still have some.

k2s belong in the pnw...if u mostly ski snowizzle i would downsize a lil though, you dont need a ski that phat. this years kung fujas will rip that shit tho. and theyre only gonna be like $350 after this year. ive never riden armada, so i dont know what im missin out on, but i highly recomend k2 for a northwest rider

Yeah technically demo shops are rental shops with nicer skis. A real demo is when the company put it on - which means cheap/free. I suppose you could call us a "High Performance Rental Shop." Demo shop sounds better.
